FLAGLER COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER AND COURTHOUSE

is a multi-phase project spreading over 105 acres of property in Bunnell, Florida.

Scope of work included site planning and design of master stormwater management plans for this large complex. The stormwater system also accounted for the widening of State Road 100. Coordination with the FDOT was required during the design phase. Permits and approvals from St. Johns River Water Management District, the Army Corps of Engineers, Flagler County and FDOT were obtained. Wetland impacts were successfully minimized while master planning for the overall development. First Phase of project was completed in 2007.
