It includes 241 mixed used residential units, a town center and a marina planned on 38 acres. Scope of services included site design & planning, public meetings, securing zoning and entitlement approvals from the Town of Marineland. Extensive coordination with adjacent land owners such as Whitney Labs (UF) and the Marineland Theme Park Attraction as well as local residents was involved for the success of this project.
